Track & Trace
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the PostNL Track & Trace 3S number*, which you can use to track where and when your package will be delivered. (PostNL Track & Trace website)
You may occasionally see the following message when entering the 3S number: “No shipments were found for this combination” (this refers to the combination of the 3S number and the ZIP code where the order is to be delivered). This message may appear because POSTNL has not yet processed the 3S number. In that case, you can check the status of your order the next business day.
In rare cases, PostNL may take several days to deliver an order instead of 24 hours. If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of shipment, please contact our Customer Service.
Not home?
The delivery person will make one attempt to deliver the package. If the delivery person is unable to reach you, the package will be delivered to a PostNL pickup location. You will receive a confirmation indicating where and when the package can be picked up within 7 days.
Once your purchase has been confirmed in our online store, it is final. We strive to ship your package to you as quickly as possible, and we do our best to ship it within a few business days, barring any exceptions. We maintain a minimum stock of all items to ensure fast delivery; however, it is possible that a particular item may be out of stock both at our store and with our suppliers.
Pickupat
Pickup is available (by appointment) if arranged with customer service. This takes place at the agreed-upon time and only for orders for which payment has already been made. If you have not made an appointment or received permission from customer service, you will unfortunately NOT be able to pick up any products from us. Our company does not have the facilities to accommodate you properly. Your orders will always be shipped to you by mail after we receive your payment.
Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging. You can choose to exchange it for another product or receive a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Please send your return shipment free of charge to the freepost address below. Always include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the order number (TPXXXX).

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without an order number.
If your package does not fit through the mailbox, please drop it off at a PostNL location. There, you will receive a shipping receipt with tracking information.
Free returns – Belgium
Would you like to return an item from Belgium? Please email us to request a free PostNL return label. This label includes tracking and can be dropped off at a PostNL location at no cost. Please remove any old shipping labels from the package.
