Krijnen eSolutions BV, trading as Thermapen, respects the privacy of visitors to its website and ensures that the (personal) information you provide to us is treated confidentially. The processing of (personal) data is carried out in accordance with legal requirements.

Purposes of data processing

Your personal data (first and last name, company name (if applicable), Email address, Phone number, Billing and shipping address, Payment details, Newsletter subscription (yes/no), Customer number) are processed by us for the purpose of entering into and executing agreements for the processing and delivery of goods and managing the resulting relationships, including activities aimed at expanding our customer base. Data requested via forms on our website is necessary for the reasons stated above. If the personal data is not provided, we cannot contact you or fulfill your order.

Security

All data you exchange with Krijnen eSolutions BV, trading as Thermapen, via our website is encrypted using SSL security based on the HTTPS protocol. Data you provide by filling out a form is stored in the database of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The data is stored in accordance with current legislation.

Website Traffic Data and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track general visitor data and to analyze the effectiveness of our AdWords ads on Google search results pages. The data is therefore used for statistical analyses of visitor and click behavior on the website. We also use it to optimize the website’s performance.
