Shipping
We ship throughout Europe with fast, reliable delivery at competitive shipping rates.
Orders for in-stock items placed and paid for before 4:00 PM (CET) on business days are dispatched the same business day via PostNL. Every shipment includes Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
• Zone 1 (€ 3,95): Germany and Spain
• Zone 2 (€ 6,95): France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal
• Zone 3 (€ 14,95): Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Malta, Sweden, Latvia
Delivery times are estimates based on PostNL's international shipping times and may vary due to customs, local carriers, public holidays or other unforeseen delays.
Need to return an item? No problem. You can easily arrange your return through our Returns & Cancellations page. We offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.
Delivery Options
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information is usually sent by email or can be viewed in your customer account. It may take up to 24 hours before it becomes visible.
The delivery person usually makes one delivery attempt. If you are not home, you can reschedule a new delivery time yourself via PostNL. If that is not possible, the package will be delivered to a nearby PostNL point, where you can pick it up within seven days.
Pickup at our location is by appointment only, after consultation with our customer service and only for orders that have already been paid for. We are not a store, but a webshop with a warehouse. Therefore, without an appointment, you cannot pick up products, and we always send your order by mail.
In most cases, the delivery person delivers within the indicated timeframe. If it takes longer than expected, please contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you.
