Thermapen – High-resolution, high-accuracy thermometer

The Reference Thermapen thermometer is a highly accurate PT100 instrument that comes with a five-point UKAS calibration certificate. Each certificate specifies deviations from the standard values at various test points: -18, 0, 40, 70, and 100 °C. Special points can be certified in consultation with our UKAS calibration laboratory.

The Reference Thermapen thermometer is ideal for comparing the accuracy of other thermometers and probes when used with a stable heat or cold source. The instrument measures temperatures ranging from -69.99 to 199.99 °C, with an accuracy of ±0.05 °C.

The thermometer automatically turns off after ten minutes to maximize battery life. This feature can be disabled if not needed. Both a battery indicator (icon) and an open-circuit indicator are displayed, when applicable. Each Reference Thermapen operates on a single AAA battery with a battery life of 500 hours (without backlight).

The Reference Thermapen is equipped with a stainless steel penetration probe (Ø3.3 x 108 mm) that can be easily folded 180° into the side of the device when not in use.
