Pro-Series air temperature probe for oven and barbecue

The Air Temp Probe with clip is an air and oven temperature sensor specifically designed for use with DOT, Smoke, and ChefAlarm® thermometers. The included clip allows you to easily attach the probe to an oven rack, BBQ grate, or other cooking surface, ensuring you measure the actual air and ambient temperature close to your food – something that built-in thermometers often fail to do accurately.

Thanks to its wide temperature range and robust stainless steel cable, this probe is ideal for roasting, baking, low-and-slow BBQ sessions, and other cooking environments where air or grill temperature is crucial for a perfect result.
