DOT Digital Oven Thermometer – Simple and Accurate

The DOT Digital Oven Thermometer is a user-friendly thermometer that displays both the current temperature and the set target temperature. Simply set the desired temperature using the buttons, insert the probe into the food, and the DOT will signal you: the display flashes and the alarm beeps as soon as the set temperature is reached.

Thanks to its large LCD display and loud 70 dB alarm, the DOT is perfect for use in busy professional kitchens, or during a BBQ in the garden.

The thermometer features a durable and water-resistant casing. You can place it on a work surface with the fold-out stand or hang it on a metal surface with the magnetic pads on the back.

Each DOT comes with a 114 mm penetration probe (810-078) and a 1.2 m braided stainless steel wire for precise measurements. Additionally, the DOT is compatible with the following probes:
