The digital EcoTemp thermometer features a large, easy-to-read LCD screen with hold function and minimum and maximum temperature display. The digital EcoTemp thermometer for the food sector measures temperatures ranging from -49.9 to 199.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F. If applicable, alerts for an open circuit and a nearly empty battery are displayed. This thermometer is ideal for monitoring temperatures during food preparation and storage, in accordance with HACCP and safety procedures.
Each EcoTemp thermometer comes with a detachable stainless steel probe (Ø 3.5 x 125 mm) and a 700 mm silicone connection cable.
