The waterproof Gourmet foldable thermometer with probe is a user-friendly food thermometer, ideal for monitoring cooking, cooling, and storage temperatures of food as part of HACCP and health and safety procedures. The device measures temperatures from -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and features two push-button switches: on/off and hold.

The Gourmet thermometer has a stainless steel, food-safe probe (Ø3.5 x 110 mm) that can be conveniently folded into the side of the instrument when not in use. The probe can rotate 180 degrees, allowing the instrument to be safely transported.

The thermometer has an improved battery life of up to 5000 hours and automatically switches off after ten minutes. The Gourmet is available in five colors and is ideal for various types of food or preparation areas.

CalCheck function:
The Gourmet thermometer features a CalCheck 0.0 °C function that allows the user to check the accuracy of the measurements at any time. This gives the user confidence that the readings are correct. It is activated by pressing the on/off button and the 'hold' button simultaneously while turning on the device.
