The water-resistant Gourmet foldable probe thermometer is a user-friendly food thermometer, ideal for monitoring cooking, refrigeration, and storage temperatures of food as part of HACCP and health and safety procedures. The device measures temperatures from -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and features two push-button switches: on/off and hold.

The Gourmet thermometer features a stainless steel, food-safe probe (Ø3.5 x 110 mm) that can be conveniently folded away into the side of the device when not in use. The probe can rotate 180 degrees, allowing the device to be transported safely.

The thermometer has an improved battery life of up to 5,000 hours and automatically turns off after ten minutes. The Gourmet is available in five colors and is ideal for various types of food or cooking environments.

CalCheck function:
The Gourmet thermometer features a CalCheck 0.0 °C function that allows the user to verify the accuracy of the readings at any time. This gives the user confidence that the readings are correct. To activate this function, press the on/off button and the "hold" button simultaneously while turning on the device.
