This model features one internal temperature sensor and two external ports suitable for food simulation probes (filled with glass beads). Because these probes measure the exact temperature of the stored products - rather than the ambient air temperature - they prevent false alarms when refrigerator doors are opened briefly. NODE models are supplied with a UKAS calibration certificate, providing assurance during audits.

Installation via a web browser is quick and easy. You can set the device name, measurement frequency and temperature limits (high/low) for each probe as required. A built-in backup battery ensures uninterrupted recording, even during a power failure.

Professional users can upgrade to a cloud subscription for advanced features, such as instant app notifications when the temperature falls outside the safe limits.
