The Penetration Probe for DOT, Smoke, Signals or ChefAlarm® is a robust and reliable penetration probe designed for continuous temperature measurement in ovens, BBQs, and similar cooking environments. This stainless steel probe has a reduced tip for faster response times and is moisture resistant, making it excellent for long-term monitoring of food temperatures during cooking or smoking. It comes with a 1.2 m stainless steel braided cable that can withstand high temperatures and frequent use.
