The Thermapen IR White is a professional 2-in-1 thermometer that combines fast infrared measurement with a retractable probe. This allows you to measure both surface temperatures and core temperatures with one compact and reliable instrument. Ideal for cooking, BBQ, hospitality and food safety.
With the infrared function, you can non-contact measure the temperature of griddles, pans, grill grates and liquids. Do you want to know the exact core temperature? Simply unfold the probe for a super-fast and accurate measurement.
