Know within 0.4 seconds whether your dish is cooked
Whether a dish is cooked just right can be determined by its core temperature. Thanks to ThermaBoost technology, you know within 0.4 seconds how hot the center is, from a steak on the grill to a barbecue full of hamburgers. This way, you can take the meat off the heat at exactly the right moment. The ideal core temperature varies by dish and cuisine. With an accuracy of ±0.3 °C, bakers, grill masters and chefs can leave nothing to chance.
Easy to read, store and clean
The clear display automatically rotates, so you can read the temperature directly in either hand. The slim, lightweight casing feels comfortable in your hand. Thanks to the built-in magnet, the NANO is always within reach on the refrigerator. It activates automatically when you pick it up and goes into sleep mode when you put it down. After use, rinse the waterproof casing under the tap.
For professionals and home cooks
The Thermapen is used by chefs, bakers and baristas, as well as by businesses where food is prepared or processed. As a home cook, you therefore work with the same instrument as the professionals.
