Food simulation probes are designed to mimic the response rate of food in refrigerators and freezers. This means you only receive alerts if the temperature of your food changes, not the ambient temperature. These type K probes have a measurement range of -20 to 100 °C and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C (between 0 and 100 °C).
What is included in each fridge-freezer combo set?
Each set contains a two-channel WiFi data logger for remote monitoring. It comes with two type K thermocouple probes—designed to simulate the response rate of food for more accurate measurements.
The set also includes a free magnetic holder and a protective silicone case, so your data logger can be safely stored and protected against water, dust, and damage.
